Senior Circuits

60+ and Starter Circuits

This class is designed for 0ver 60s or people returning to exercise. After warm up exercises we go use a circuit series of exercises. Everybody works at their own level on the individual exercises. This is following by balance, strength and flexibility exercises. The cardio-vascular exercise in this class is not dance based. This  is a very sociable  class.

50+ Circuits

This class is designed for the active 50 + participant. Every body works at their own level on a circuit of exercises stations. This is following by balance, strength and flexibility exercises. The cardio-vascular exercise in this class is not dance based.
