This class is fun, fun, fun. It is Zumba for active older adults with your favourite Zumba moves modified for less impact and intensity. Working on balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility also side cardio vascular fitness.
Pilates improves strength, flexibility and balance. It is also an extremely effective way to feel more relaxed.
When: Thursdays 7.30pm
Does not run at Christmas time and for 1 week in the summer.

Barre Pilates combines basic Ballet Barre exercises with Pilates, body conditioning moves and stretches. It is a full body workout to music designed to overload the muscles through a full range of movement as well as smaller end range movements.
Over the years I have seen the need for a Seated Pilates class. For some people getting up and down of the floor is uncomfortable or they feel nauseous exercising on the floor. Fantastic class for anyone with knee or hip problems or neurological problems where your balance is affected.
