As an instructor I have to keep a close eye on the news to see what we are permitted to do. We are now allowed to teach in small groups with 5 participants outdoors observing Social Distancing and with no shared equipment. So we are taking baby steps to get back towards live classes. Small group Nordic Walking will start and the owners of the Folly Café on Worden Park have kindly given me the use of their lawn for classes too. If you are going to use one of your pre-paid tickets from you 12 for 10 book of tickets that you bought before lockdown use the code TICKETBOOK when asked for payment. Nordic Walkers please bring your own poles and Pilates and Start the Week Circuits your own mat. If you try to book on and all the places are gone text me to let me know so I can judge demand to see if we put more classes on . It is all weather dependant of course! There will be a Zoom Zumba next week a Facebook Live Pilates too.
I won’t plan too far ahead with outdoor classes because we don’t know how things will go with government announcements or the weather.
