Zumba Pilates & fitness in Chorley, Leyland & Lancashire
Classes week beginning 27 September
There was alot of excitement (and security) last weekend in Chorley with the meeting of the G7 Speakers. I watched each week, as I went to Astley Park to run a class, all the goings on and sprucing up. One of our class members was asked to play his tuba at a church ceremony for the international visitors. Andy comes to Pilates to help with his posture for tuba playing.
Chorley Zumba Gold Starting Tuesday 28 September 1.30pm – Primrose Gardens, Fleet Street I am excited to be able to offer this class again for my lovely Chorley Zumba Gold group but in a beautiful venue with a sprung floor specially made for a dance class. There is parking on Fleet Street or at Asda. Entrance on Fleet Street.
Friday 1 October – no classes I am at a funeral on Friday so I am sorry there are no classes.
No classes on Saturday 16 October No Pilates or Nordic Walking – I am away in Lancaster on a course.
Cancelling a class If you book a class and need to cancel please do that on Gymcatch and it will give you a class credit.
Saturday 9am Pilates is back For those of you are super busy during the week our Saturday morning Pilates is back on at the Orthodox Church of Holy Apostles 403 Leyland Lane
Tuesday 10am Nordic Walk is back We meet at Leyland Tesco’s Extra.
