Fitness 55+

Designed for older adults and people returning to exercise, the Fitness 55+ classes will consist of gentle warm ups and simple no impact routines to music that makes you want to dance. This is to improve cardiovascular fitness and coordination. We will do muscular strength work and standing and seated Pilates, flexibility and balance. The atmosphere will be fun and friendly.

Diane your instructor is a qualified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications to teach older adults. She has a specialist qualification as a GP Referral Trainer. She was one of the first to train as a Zumba instructor in the area and she will take the fun of Zumba into the Forever Fitness class. Diane ran a Healthy Lifestyles scheme for the NHS and is passionate about the way regular exercise improves quality of life especially in older people.
