Week beginning 17 June, Dr Michael Mosley, Getting up off the floor easily and no classes 4 July

Last week when I was writing my newsletter there was still no news about Dr Michael Mosley who had gone missing on his holiday on a small Greek island. Sadly when I finished my newsletter it was announced that he had been found. I often used his podcasts in my newsletter and I had been to see him give talks. His advice helped many regain their health or stay healthy.
