Hello, In my job you never stop learning and I love that about it. At the moment I am doing a specialist course in Exercise for Long Term Neurological Conditions. It involves a lot of study but it means I feel more confident with conditions like Parkinson’s, MS and Stroke which class members have had over the years I have been teaching fitness.
