Hello,

I have been thinking about balance and how it is so important. It is something we practice in every class. Balance practice is not just for when we get older it is a skill we need to work on throughout our life so our balance is good when we get older.  A fall in later life can be catastophic if we break a hip for example. You can practice and improve your balance any time- stand on one leg when you boil the kettle or when you are cleaning your teeth. Standing on one leg also improves bone density.

Cancelling a class booking
If you need to cancel a class booking please go to Gymcatch and cancel there – as long as you do it before the class starts your Gymcatch account will be credited.

Stamps
Christine T is still collecting used stamps for RNIB to help raise funds for people who are affected by sight loss. If you bring them into class I will forward them to her.RNIB – See differently   Thank you Christine.

MS and Seated Pilates on Zoom 
If you know anyone who has MS and would like to join our Zoom Seated Pilates class on Wednesdays at 1.30pm please ask them to email chorley@mssociety.org.uk for a link to join us. This is great for anyone who finds it difficult to get out of the house – you just need internet access.
