Just one week left of classes before our Christmas break. Classes tend to get very quiet around this time as people have so much to do.
For your diary: Last class Saturday 11 December – classes start again Wednesday 5 January.

Christmas stocking fillers for the local MS Society

Just 9 Teddies left now – all the winter warmer headbands are gone. So far we have raised £270.They are £5 each and all money collected goes to the local MS Society. Thank you to everyone for buying them and to Lynne and Judith for all their hard work.

Winter Bird Walk start at Kem Mill Cuerden Valley Park
A guided walk around Cuerden Valley Park to observe the birds that visit the Park in Winter. All proceeds go to Cuerden Valley Park Trust.

MS and Seated Pilates on Zoom 
If you know anyone who has MS and would like to join our Zoom Seated Pilates class on Wednesdays at 1.30pm please ask them to email chorley@mssociety.org.uk for a link to join us. This is great for anyone who finds it difficult to get out of the house – you just need internet access.
