For one week only we are at Prospect House, Sandy Lane, Leyland PR25 2EE for the morning classes.

New Class Alert! Fresh Air Fit @The Folly at Worden Park Saturdays 9am.
This is a new out door fitness class on the lawn outside the Folly Café on Worden Park. Thank you to Lisa and Paula from the Folly Café for offering this to us. This is going to be a great option for people who work indoors all week.

Summer Holiday Dates
There will be no classes week beginning Monday 20th August. We start again on Tuesday 28th August after the Bank Holiday.

Nordic Walking News
Fast Track Learn To Nordic Walk in a day
The next Learn To course will take place on Thursday 26th July from 11.30am near Wheelton meeting at the Malt House pub carpark. We will have a break for lunch during the training day so it is a nice sociable event too. Saturdays 10.15am Worden Park Walk -meet on main carpark.
July 2018 Tuesdays 1.30pm Leyland Wanderer Walks will be at Cuerden Valley. Meet at the Café on Berkeley Drive (off Shady Lane, off Wigan Road) PR56BY. The parking cost is £1.10p. Diane has change so don’t worry if you forget to bring change.
July 2018 Thursdays 10am Chorley Wanderer Walks will be canal walks along the Leeds Liverpool Canal. Meet in the Malt House Farm (pub) carpark, Moss Lane, Whittle-Le-Woods, Chorley, PR68AB
Wellbeing walks These walks will be a shorter distance at a slower speed. Designed for anyone who is recovering from a health condition or has a long term one that maybe slows them down but they still want to get out and exercise. Please let me know if you someone you know would be interested in these walks.

Pilates in the Park
Because of the beautiful weather with are going to go to the Folly Café lawn on Thursday 5th July at 7.30pm. Of course if the weather changes dramatically we will be in our normal place.
