When I had a career change and trained as a personal trainer I knew that I wanted look more deeply at Pilates so went on to qualify as an instructor. Pilates builds a greater sensitivity towards your own body so you are less likely to have posture related back problems. It is also very relaxing which a great many class members find very helpful.”

What do I need for Pilates?
Wear comfortable clothing. Pilates can is done either in bare feet or with socks on. Due to Covid 19 please bring your own mat and remain Socially Distanced for face to face classes.
