Designed for older adults and people returning to exercise. The classes will consist of gentle warm ups and simple no impact routines to music that makes you want to dance. This is to improve cardiovascular fitness and coordination. We will do muscular strength work and standing and seated Pilates, flexibility and balance. The atmosphere will be fun and friendly.
There will be no floor work so it is ideal for people who have problems getting up and down off the floor.
Fitness 55+ classes will be at Leyland Methodist Turpin Green Lane, PR25 3HA , Leyland 11.30 am Mondays and Fridays Euxton Community Centre 11.30am and Fridays St.Andrews Church Hall, Worden Lane entrance Leyland PR25 3EL 1.30pm

Chairfit is an excellent way to strengthen muscles, improve, balance and flexibility, increase cardiovascular fitness and have fun. This is a great class if you have a condition which effects your mobility or balance.

Regular Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility as well as relieve stress and tension.

This class is fun, fun, fun. It is Zumba for active older adults with your favourite Zumba moves modified for less impact and intensity. Working on balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility also side cardio vascular fitness.
A fun friendly lower impact Zumba class.
