Hello,
I went to the Recycling Centre (the tip) yesterday. I know that doesn’t sound very exciting, but I find it very satisfying to get rid of things we no longer use (mainly from my husband’s multiple sheds). It feels great to be able to lift quite heavy things out of the car, carry them up the stairs, and throw them in the skips there. I am so grateful that I can do that. Being able to maintain our strength is so important for every aspect of everyday life. The strength training we do in class translates into so many advantages and benefits.
