How strong are your legs? Having strong legs is so important so we can get up and down easily, play with grandchildren or do our gardens. If we lose strength it will make it harder to balance so we fall more easily. Here are some good videos for maintaining and increasing strength in your legs.

No classes Friday 2 August
There will be no classes on Friday 2 August as it is Kathryn’s funeral.
Sadly we lost our lovely class member Kathryn Bell. We are making a collection for Galloways the sight loss charity in her memory. Thank you to those who have donated so far.
Class at Euxton Community Centre – Forever Fit is full with a waiting list.
This class is now full with a waiting list. The people who came in the first two weeks or messaged me are on the class list. There is now a waiting list for new attendees. Sorry about that but I want to ensure we have enough space for everyone as it is not a big hall.
Nordic Walking
I will start to lead Nordic Walking Groups again on Saturdays and Monday evenings in September. Class members have been meeting up informally for Nordic walking. If you have done the training and you would like to join them please get in touch with me for more details.
Cancelling a class
This can be done on your Gymcatch booking system. When you cancel you will receive a class credit if you cancel before the start of the class.
