Dear lovely Do Fitness class members,

Christmas Holiday Dates
Our last classes will be on Monday 18th December and we start back on Wednesday 3 January 2018

Christmas Do and Fund Raiser -Tickets now available in class.
Our Christmas lunch is on Tuesday 19th December at 12 noon  (Wellington Park, Leyland.) The cost is £17 per ticket for 2 course meal and coffee and mince pie including a raffle entry. It was beautifully decorated last year. By buying your ticket you will be raising funds for the charity Overcoming MS for a bit of information about OMS : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLxtqd9e_nU I will tell you more about this charity and its work at the lunch.  We will also have an evening get together  drink for those who can’t make the day time, This will be 7pm at the Withy Arms on Wednesday 20th December.

Saturday Nordic Walking Learn To Course
The next Learn To course will start this Saturday 25 November 9am for 3 weeks.

Tuesday Pilates – last class on Tuesday 28th November
Due to problems with the room our last Tuesday Pilates class will be on Tuesday 28th November. We are moving to Leyland Methodist Church Hall from 9th January 2018. In the mean time Tuesday class members please feel free to come to our Thursday class at Prospect House, Sandy Lane, Leyland 7.30pm

Up Tight and Outta Sight Pelvic Floor  Seminar.
The new date is Friday 9th of February.
