Pelvic Floor Seminar with Cherry Baker – international presenter

Dear lovely Do Fitness class members,

Great to see everyone again in class!

Pelvic Floor Seminar 9th February 7.00-10.00pm Wellington Park.
Everybody has a pelvic floor, don’t let yours become a problem. International presenter Cherry Baker sets out to tackle these under-reported often taboo subjects with evidence, information and a dose of humour. Pelvic floor issues can affect men, women, fighter pilots, older adults, weight lifters, the obese, athletes, new mums, those who squat and those who do not. Cherry is very funny too and a little risqué! There will be a bar open  for us to make into a social event.
Tickets now available in class £25 for class members and their friends and family.
