| Hello, I have thoroughly enjoyed my week off in the sunshine, spending more time in the garden and on my beloved allotment and just slowing things down for a week. Downtime is really important for brain health – for our brains to process information and concentrate more effectively. Downtime is not scrolling on your phone or watching TV, it is doing something like walking in nature or even weeding the garden to let our brains rest and restore. Zoom chair-based classes for people with MS or other Neurological conditions If you know anyone with MS or another neurological condition, who would like to exercise from home, please ask them to get in touch with me for the link. The amazing local MS Society provides these classes for free. I teach them on Wednesdays and Fridays at lunchtime. There are also face-to-face classes twice a month and Hydro weekly.
