One of my relatives has changed her role at work recently. Before, she walked 5 or 6 miles during her shift, now she is desk-based, and she has really started to feel uncomfortable with back and neck ache, clothes are tighter fitting, and she feels more fatigued. I am taking Monday to Friday off that week from Do Fitness classes to give myself time with my daughter Eleni, before she starts university the following week. She will be studying Physiotherapy. I am so excited for her!
