Welcome if you were new to Do Fitness classes recently. My goal is always to have a friendly welcome which is so important when you are trying something new and you are a bit nervous. Exercising in a group has many benefits and one of the things I love to see is people making new friends. Of course, there are many other benefits too:

New. Early Bird Pilates class on Monday mornings 8am
We have started this class at 8am at Prospect House. Great if you have other commitments or work during the day.

There will be no classes from Tuesday 15 April until we start again on Tuesday 22 April
