Hello,
I hope you have enjoyed the last few days. Locally, we have been really lucky with Leyland Festival being back and Music in the Park which was terrific. (It was also my daughter’s 16th birthday too!) And the weather was stunning. Followed by the national event Platinum Party at the Palace with some amazing artists (4) Facebook and many street parties and other events. It has been a lovely few days.
It was great to see so many class members at Leyland Festival and Music in the Park.
Tuesday 10am Nordic Walking changing to Thursday 9.15am from June
I have to change my timetable to give me some time for admin and study so the Tuesday morning group is moving to Thursday morning 9.15am from 9 June. No Tuesday walks on and from Tuesday 7 June .
Friday Evening Summer Walks starting – open to non-Nordic Walkers to join us from Friday 10 June 6pm
I am starting these again this time I will open it up to non-Nordic Walkers to join us. The first few walks will start at White Coppice Cricket ground.
Next Nordic Walking Technique Course Saturday 18 June 2pm Worden Park

Starter Circuits has begun again Fridays at 1.15pm at Prospect House
Many people had asked for Starter Circuits to come back. This class is on Fridays at 1.15pm. It is a 45 minute class working on strength, balance and cardio-vascular fitness for people who want to start getting fit again after a break from exercise.

Sunday 12th June 2022 – Leyland Open Gardens. 5 gardens (including one of our Wednesday Pilates group members) open to the public to raise funds for the Mayors chosen charities. £3.00 per person for all 5 gardens.
