Week beginning 26 August – holiday dates and thank you

Hello,
So we have a few weeks off now.  I am going to sign off for a couple of weeks to recharge my batteries. It is easy to forget how important self-care is as we rush through life!

In all the research on happiness, exercise is an important part of the happiness package. Happiness being your default state means we build up resilience to deal with the hard times of stress or grief that we all have to deal with. Exercise is a key component.

Summer break
There will be no classes from Monday 26 August (Bank Holiday) until we start again on Monday 16 September. 


New Chairfit class starting in Euxton in October on Tuesday mornings 10am
I have had a few requests for a Chairfit class in Euxton. More details to follow.

Nordic Walking
I will start to lead Nordic Walking Groups again on Saturdays and Monday evenings in September. Class members have been meeting up informally for Nordic walking. If you have done the training and would like to join them please contact me for more details.

Stamps
We are collecting used stamps for RNIB to help raise funds for people who are affected by sight loss. If you bring them into class I will forward them on. RNIB – See differently   Thank you for everyone who has brought stamps into class!
