Hello, I gave demonstrations of chair-based exercise yesterday at a local community event. Chair-based is great because everyone can join in, so it is very inclusive. It was great to get everyone ‘dancing’ in the chair to fun music. Dance and movement to music is so good for us as Angela Rippon spoke about recently.
