My hip and message for Nordic Walking groups

Hello,
Some of you might have noticed I am limping quite a bit at the moment. l have a problem with my hip and it is most painful when I do Nordic Walking! I am seeing a Physio and my GP and resting and icing.


I have had to make the decision to stop my Nordic Walking groups for the rest of October to give it time to heal and/or find out what the problem is. All other classes will go on as normal.



Information for Nordic Walking Groups
I have been speaking to my friend Dawn McLean. She has a number of walks each week that you can join.They are mainly around Preston but she has one this Saturday starting on Worden Park at 10.30am. To join her groups go to Gymcatch and search Nordic Walking with Dawn or email her nordicwalkingwithdawn@gmail.com or Whatsapp her 07545229845. You will be made very welcome!

Also you can make contact with each other and go out together. Let me know if you want your contact details giving to other group members to arrange this.
