Hello,
I am delighted to say we now have a defibrillator at Prospect House. Thank you to Springfields Charity for the funding and to my lovely class member Sandra for telling me about the funding. Thank you to North West Ambulance Service and to Keith McIntosh for advice and guidance and to Darren Ekton (below) the electrician for installing it. It is registered on the national database and can be used by anyone phoning 999 nearby.

Nordic Walking technique course
We are going into September next week and on our Nordic Walk yesterday we noticed it was starting to feel autumnal. This is one of the good things about exercising outdoors we really notice the changes. I am planning another Nordic Walking technique course soon if anyone is interested please let me know.
No classes tomorrow on Bank Holiday Monday 28 August.
